Thank you for choosing Red Gloves. We aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.


Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

No minimum purchase required.

We ship through trusted U.S. logistics providers:

Carriers are automatically selected based on delivery location and package type to ensure the fastest delivery.


Estimated Delivery Time

Standard U.S. Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
Remote areas may require additional 1–3 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather delays, and high-demand periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including:

Your tracking number

A direct link to track your package online

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

You can monitor your shipment status until it is delivered.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

The package may be delayed or returned

We cannot refund or replace orders lost due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply if the package returns to our facility


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows:

Lost in transit

Delivered but not received

Damaged upon arrival

You must contact us within 48 hours so we can:

File a claim with the carrier

Provide a replacement or appropriate resolution

Please include photos if damaged.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order has entered processing or shipping.

To request cancellation:

Provide your order number

If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the item (subject to Return Policy conditions).


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
